All sales are pursuant to court order and are for cash. In order to place a bid, you must display a cashier’s check or certified check, payable to Intercounty Judicial Sales Corporation, at the time of your first bid in the amount of 10% of your highest bid. No third-party checks will be accepted. The balance of your bid is due by 2 PM the next business day either by certified check or wire transfer.

All properties are sold as is, where is, and without any representation or warranty as to the condition of title to the premises being sold or the physical condition of the premises being sold.

Further, all bids are accepted subject to verification of bidding instructions by parties to the foreclosure proceeding and are not final until entry of an order approving the sale by the circuit court.
